Terms of Service
Effective: April 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing dealgradeos.io, scorecard.dealgradeos.io, or any other Dealgrade-operated subdomain, or by purchasing any Dealgrade product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site or purchase the products. References to "the site" in these terms include both the marketing site and the Scorecard application.
2. The products
Dealgrade sells three bundled tiers. Each tier includes everything from the tiers below it.
- Tier 1: Monetization Scorecard ($500) — a self-serve diagnostic delivering a scored report, maturity benchmarks, and ranked fix list.
- Tier 2: Scorecard + Operating System ($2,500 bundle; Operating System a la carte after a standalone Scorecard is $2,200) — everything in Tier 1, plus a downloadable implementation playbook with templates and frameworks. Lifetime access.
- Tier 3: Scorecard + OS + Workshop ($5,000) — everything in Tier 2, plus a live, limited-availability, two-day virtual cohort. Per seat.
3. License to use materials
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials within your own organization for the operation of your business.
You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense the materials; (b) post the materials publicly; (c) use the materials to create a competing product or service; or (d) share access credentials with anyone outside your organization.
Workshop seats are personal and non-transferable. If you can't attend, contact us about rescheduling to a future cohort, subject to availability.
4. Intellectual property
All Dealgrade materials, including the Scorecard methodology, Operating System playbook, Workshop curriculum, and the dealgradeos.io site, are the intellectual property of Hagemann Advisory Group LLC d/b/a Dealgrade and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
5. Payment and billing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the products you purchase.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. Workshop conduct
The Workshop is a confidential environment for operators to share specifics about their pricing, deal desk, and revenue operations. By attending, you agree to keep all information shared by other participants confidential and not to record sessions without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The products are provided "as is." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the products' suitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from using the products.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealgrade and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealgrade against any claims arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site or products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
