Refund Policy
Effective: April 29, 2026
The short version
If a Dealgrade product doesn't deliver on what we said it would, we'll refund you. Because our tiers are bundled, refunds are calculated by subtracting the value of any tier components you've already consumed. The specifics are below.
By tier
Tier 1: Monetization Scorecard — $500
14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@dealgradeos.io with your receipt and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Tier 2: Scorecard + Operating System — $2,500
14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you've completed the Scorecard, its price is deducted from the refund and the balance is returned; if you haven't accessed the Scorecard, the full bundle price is refunded. Because the OS includes downloadable materials, we ask that you confirm in writing that you've deleted any downloaded files before we process the refund. (If you bought the Scorecard first and added the Operating System a la carte, the OS portion follows the same 14-day, delete-on-refund terms.)
Tier 3: Scorecard + OS + Workshop — $5,000
Refund requests are evaluated based on which tier components you've accessed at the time of the request. The published price of any component you've completed (the Scorecard) or accessed (the downloadable Operating System materials) is deducted from the refund; the Workshop portion is what remains. Because the OS includes downloadable materials, we ask that you confirm in writing that you've deleted any downloaded files before we process a refund that includes the OS. The Workshop portion: full refund if requested at least 14 days before your cohort start date. Within 14 days of cohort start, we offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort in place of a Workshop refund. After the cohort begins, the Workshop component is non-refundable.
How to request
Email support@dealgradeos.io with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Approximate date of purchase
- Which tier you purchased
- (Optional) what didn't work for you — this helps us improve, but isn't required within the 14-day window
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We'll work with you to resolve it before you initiate a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased materials.
