Refund Policy
Effective: July 14, 2026
The short version
If a Dealgrade product doesn't deliver on what we said it would, we'll refund you. Because our tiers are bundled, refunds are calculated by subtracting the value of any tier components you've already consumed. The specifics are below.
By tier
Tier 1: Commercial Leakage Scorecard — $500
14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@dealgradeos.io with your receipt and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Tier 2: Scorecard + Deal Desk OS — $3,000
14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you've completed the Scorecard, its price is deducted from the refund and the balance is returned; if you haven't accessed the Scorecard, the full bundle price is refunded. Because the Deal Desk OS includes a web workspace and downloadable materials, a refund closes your workspace access, and we ask that you confirm in writing that you've deleted any downloaded files before we process it. (If you bought the Scorecard first and added the Deal Desk OS a la carte, the OS portion follows the same 14-day, delete-on-refund terms.)
Tier 3: Scorecard + Deal Desk OS + Workshop — $5,000
Refund requests are evaluated based on which tier components you've accessed at the time of the request. The published price of any component you've completed (the Scorecard) or accessed (the Deal Desk OS workspace and downloadable materials) is deducted from the refund; the Workshop portion is what remains. Because the Deal Desk OS includes a web workspace and downloadable materials, a refund that includes the OS closes your workspace access, and we ask that you confirm in writing that you've deleted any downloaded files before we process it. The Workshop portion: full refund if requested at least 14 days before your cohort start date. Within 14 days of cohort start, we offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort in place of a Workshop refund. After the cohort begins, the Workshop component is non-refundable.
Living OS renewal
Refunds on the $1,200 annual renewal
Living OS renews at $1,200 per year starting in year two, and renewal is optional. You can cancel a renewal at any time before its billing date, and no charge will be made for the coming year. If a renewal has already been charged, it is refundable in full within 14 days of the billing date, as long as you have not redeemed a quarterly re-score in that renewal year. Cancelling or refunding a renewal has no effect on your permanent access to the Deal Desk OS, the downloadable kit, or any update already delivered to you.
How to request
Email support@dealgradeos.io with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Approximate date of purchase
- Which tier you purchased
- (Optional) what didn't work for you — this helps us improve, but isn't required within the 14-day window
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We'll work with you to resolve it before you initiate a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased materials.
