Dealgrade ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Hagemann Advisory Group LLC d/b/a Dealgrade, with principal place of business in Indiana. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the Dealgrade marketing site (dealgradeos.io), the Monetization Scorecard application (scorecard.dealgradeos.io), and the products we sell. References to "the site" in this policy include both subdomains.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Name, email address, and billing information when you purchase a product (collected through our payment processor, Stripe).
• Diagnostic responses when you complete the Monetization Scorecard at scorecard.dealgradeos.io.
• Application information when you apply for the Monetization Architecture Workshop.
• Any information you send us by email or other direct correspondence.

Information collected automatically

• Standard analytics data via Google Analytics: pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device and browser, session duration.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described below.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the products you purchase (Scorecard report, Operating System materials, Workshop access).
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To improve our products and benchmark Scorecard data in aggregated, de-identified form.
• To send purchase receipts, account communications, and (only with your consent) marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following third parties, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing for all products.
• Airtable — system of record for Scorecard questions, submissions, and responses.
• Google Analytics — site usage analytics.
• Netlify — marketing site hosting (dealgradeos.io).
• Vercel — Scorecard application hosting (scorecard.dealgradeos.io).

5. Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functionality and for analytics via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as expected if you do.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our products, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Scorecard responses tied to identifiable individuals are retained for 24 months. Aggregated, de-identified benchmark data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@dealgradeos.io.

8. International users

If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
